Debevoise & Plimpton is advising Chubb in its 15-year exclusive general insurance distribution agreement with Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”). The partnership is expected to launch formally in July 2023 and under which Chubb will provide Hang Seng customers with a comprehensive range of personal and commercial general insurance products and tailored solutions in Hong Kong, across the bank’s extensive distribution network.
