Debevoise partners Maurizio Levi-Minzi, Peter Furci, Andrew Levine and Jonathan Adler have contributed a chapter, “Private Equity Funds and Institutional Investors in M&A,” to the third edition of the Latin Lawyer Guide to Mergers & Acquisitions.
