Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Pantheon in its role as co-lead investor in a €708 million continuation fund, sponsored by DPE Deutsche Private Equity (“DPE”), to invest in two European technology and digital transformation consultancies.

DPE Continuation Fund I was formed to invest into Eraneos Group and valantic Group – two strongly performing investments acquired by funds managed by DPE in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
