Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Simone Hicks was selected to join the 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program. Launched in 2011, LCLD's Fellows Program selects “emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves within their corporation or law firm” to participate in a year-long professional development program focused on leadership, networking and mentorship.

Corporate counsel Xiao Luo and associate Courtney Bradford Pike were selected to be 2023 LCLD Pathfinders. Launched in 2015, the Pathfinders program trains diverse, high-potential, early-career lawyers in career development strategies.
