Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) in certain finance and structuring aspects of its binding and irrevocable offer for the acquisition of La Financiere Atalian ("Atalian"), and its concurrent acquisition of OCS Group (“OCS”), to create a global facilities management platform.
The transactions are subject to consultations, as well as regulatory and competition authority approvals.
