Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“Goldman Sachs”) and Pantheon in their roles as co-lead investors in a secondary acquisition vehicle formed as part of a Nordic Capital-led consortium to invest in Vizrt Group (“Vizrt”), a global leader in production software for live video production.
The transaction sees the consortium, which comprises the secondary acquisition vehicle and other Nordic Capital investment vehicles, take over the investment in Vizrt from another Nordic Capital investment vehicle.
The secondary acquisition vehicle was established with investment vehicles managed or advised by Goldman Sachs, Pantheon and Coller Capital as co-leads.
