Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised EQT in certain funds and regulatory aspects of its agreement to acquire Life Sciences Partners (“LSP”), a leading European life sciences venture capital firm with approximately €2.2 billion of assets under management and a team of 34 professionals.

The upfront consideration of the transaction amounts to €450 million.
