Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in the financing aspects of its $3.7 billion (£ 2.6 billion) take-private acquisition of UDG Healthcare plc (LSE: UDG), a Dublin-based partner to the healthcare industry, providing clinical, commercial, communication and packaging services.
