Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised DoubleVerify in its initial public offering of more than 15 million shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $27.00 per share, representing an approximately $414 million public offering. DoubleVerify is offering 9,977,452 shares of common stock and Providence VII U.S. Holdings L.P. and other existing stockholders are offering 5,355,883 shares of common stock. The number of shares offered and sold by DoubleVerify included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 2,000,000 shares of common stock. In addition to the shares being sold in the public offering, one of DoubleVerify’s existing stockholders, an affiliate of Tiger Global Management, LLC, purchased $30 million of common stock from DoubleVerify in a private placement and $30 million of common stock from Providence in a secondary transaction, each concurrent with the IPO and at the per share public offering price.
