Debevoise partner Catherine Amirfar and senior associate Nelson Goh have contributed a chapter – Tribunal Jurisdiction and the Relationship of Investment Arbitration with Municipal Courts and Tribunals – to Springer Reference’s Handbook of International Investment Law and Policy. In the chapter, the authors consider the various methods used by states and arbitral tribunals to regulate multiple proceedings.
