Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Gregory Lyons will host “Professional and Ethical Obligations of In-House Practice for Lawyers and Non-Lawyers,” a CLE seminar. He will be joined by Debevoise lawyers John Kiernan, Alex Henry and John Schoolman, who will discuss the ethical obligations and limitations imposed by the New York and Model Legal Rules of Professional Conduct and their implications for in-house lawyers and compliance personnel.
