Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announces that partner M. Natasha Labovitz, Co-Chair of the firm’s Restructuring Group, will become a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, an association of distinguished bankruptcy and insolvency professionals. The 2020 class of Fellows will be inducted at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. in March 2021.
The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of United States and international insolvency professionals who are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the bankruptcy practice and to their communities.
The firm also announces that counsel Erica Weisgerber has been named to the “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.
