Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Sue Meng was named a “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer for her role in advising Toyota Motor Corporation in its joint investment, with DENSO Corporation and SoftBank Vision Fund, in Uber’s Advanced Technologies Group. Ms. Meng was one of 25 lawyers honored in the annual list, which recognizes the leading corporate lawyers and transactions of the previous year.

Ms. Meng’s practice focuses on advising public companies, private equity firms, boards of directors and special committees in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and other significant corporate matters. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Groups and co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
