Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised FC Encore, an owner of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, in the transfer of 60 healthcare facilities throughout the U.S. for a total purchase price of $735 million to Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. The transaction was completed on October 31, 2019, and included assets located in Florida (37), North Carolina (8), Mississippi (6), Louisiana (4), Idaho (2), Kentucky (1), Missouri (1) and Montana (1).
