Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Thomas Schuerrle will speak about dawn raids and privilege in internal investigations in Germany at the GIR Live event in Frankfurt.

Dr. Schuerrle will appear on a panel discussion addressing the uncertainty that remains around dawn raids in law firms in Germany, and the legal protection afforded to individuals and documents in such situations.

Dr. Schuerrle is admitted to practice both in Germany and the United States and currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office. He works on cross-border transactions and advises on corporate governance matters, including litigation, and he is active in the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice.
