Debevoise & Plimpton LLP associate Robin Lööf is delivering a training session on the impact of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) in Europe and beyond during an event in Paris, France.
The talk will explore the extraterritorial reach of the FCPA, and how it shapes compliance programmes and enforcement actions with relation to companies in Europe and further afield.
The session is part of the “European Healthcare Industry Training: Compliance Certification Program”, run by Seton Hall University School of Law from November 5 to November 8.
