Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partners Robert B. Kaplan and Jonathan R. Tuttle have been recognized as two of the “best and brightest securities enforcement defense lawyers” by Securities Docket, the Global Securities Litigation and Enforcement Report.
The “Enforcement 40” list is compiled by Securities Docket as the publication looks to answer the question, “Who would you hire if you, your company or a family member was faced with an important SEC enforcement matter?” The list is developed after considering nominations, input from numerous senior global securities litigation lawyers and considerable research.
