The London office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Atkore International Inc. (“Atkore”) in its acquisition of Flexicon Limited (”Flexicon”).

Flexicon is a leading global manufacturer of metallic and non-metallic flexible cable protection systems that carry many international and market product approvals and serves the industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors in more than 55 countries. It is headquartered in the UK.

Atkore delivers a unique portfolio of integrated electrical raceway solutions that deploy, isolate and protect a structure’s electrical circuitry from source to outlet. It has 3,100 employees and 52 manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide.

The Debevoise team advising Atkore on the acquisition was led by partner David Innes, and included associates Dominic Blaxill and Laurence Hanesworth.
