Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised HarbourVest Partners L.P., a global private markets asset manager, in connection with the formation of HarbourVest Partners Co-Investment IV.

The oversubscribed fund exceeded its original $1 billion target to reach its hard cap, which had been raised from $1.5 billion to $1.75 billion during fundraising. This latest fundraise received capital commitments from more than 100 investors from across a range of geographies including Australia, China, Colombia, Korea, Israel, Peru, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
