Donald Francis Donovan has been listed in the commercial arbitration category. Based in the firm’s New York office, Mr. Donovan is Co-Head of the International Disputes Group at Debevoise. He serves as counsel in international disputes before courts in the United States, international arbitration tribunals, and international courts. He currently serves as President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and he recently served as President of the American Society of International Law.

Michael P. Harrell has been listed in the private equity category. Also based in the firm’s New York office, Mr. Harrell has advised some of the private equity industry’s leading sponsors of buyout, growth capital, distressed debt, media and telecommunications, international private equity, mezzanine and other U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds.

Hong Kong based Andrew M. Ostrognai has also been listed in the private equity category. Mr. Ostrognai is chair of Debevoise’s the firm’s private equity practice in Asia, and focusses on private equity fund formation and downstream investment in the Asia Pacific region. He has extensive experience in forming all types of funds, from large pan-Asian buy-out funds to smaller focused sector or country-specific funds, as well as separate account programs and foreign-sponsored, RMB-denominated private equity funds.
