Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is representing Spirit Airlines, Inc. in its inaugural enhanced equipment trust certificate (“EETC”) offering for $576.6 million to finance three new Airbus A320-200 aircraft and twelve new Airbus A321-200 aircraft. The aircraft are currently expected to be delivered between October 2015 and December 2016.
