Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”), in its agreement to invest in Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. (“PTL”), a full service truck leasing, truck rental and logistics business that mainly operates in the United States. Through two newly established holding companies, Mitsui has acquired a 20% limited partnership interest in PTL from General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”).
