The Debevoise team has authored a chapter considering US government investigations, as part of the latest “Americas Investigations Review” published by Global Investigations Review.
The chapter covers certain critical considerations that frequently arise, whether in criminal or civil investigations led by the Department of Justice (DOJ), or regulatory investigations led by agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
