Patrick Taylor and Gavin Chesney have authored the England & Wales chapter in the newly launched IBA Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration.

The Toolkit provides guidance to parties, counsel and arbitrators in situations where a party to arbitration proceedings is also subject to insolvency proceedings in one or more jurisdictions.

Mr. Taylor and Mr. Chesney’s chapter discusses the intersection of arbitration and insolvency in England & Wales. The Toolkit also explores 18 other jurisdictions, as well as including an insolvency and arbitration checklist, and a detailed explanation of the relevant concepts involved.
