Samantha Rowe and Georgina Petrova have contributed an article to The ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin, exploring the UK Supreme Court’s decision in Halliburton Company v. Chubb Bermuda Insurance Ltd.
The decision brings welcome clarification to the existence and scope of arbitrators’ duties of disclosure and confidentiality under English law, while respecting the English courts’ minimal intervention approach to international arbitration.
