The Medical Device Innovation Consortium retained our team, alongside Alvarez & Marsal, to prepare an authoritative report encouraging the adoption of coordinated vulnerability disclosure policies by medical device manufacturers. The report is intended to promote medical device cybersecurity and patient safety. The project involved interviewing a wide range of stakeholders, including large and small medical device companies, leading security researchers with extensive medical device cybersecurity expertise, representatives of a medical device trade association, and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials.
