On Wednesday 6 July, members of our global Insurance Group hosted a conference call discussing the implications of Brexit for insurers in the UK, Europe and further afield.

Speakers included members of Debevoise & Plimpton’s insurance practices in London and New York, as well as Paul Sharma, Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal and former Deputy Head of the UK Prudential Regulation Authority.

The session covered the UK’s process of withdrawal from the EU, as well as the impact on insurers around the world.
