David Ataide is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Ataide joined Debevoise in 2024. Mr. Ataide received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2024, where he was a staff editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business. He received a B.S.B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2020.
